The Hope is always won by players who make stacks of birdies, the courses they play are easier than the usual weekly standard ... Out of the 128 starters, only 13 shot over par, including my mate David Duval who scored 82 (shame!
).
With the absence of the top 4, Phil has a chance but at The Hope guys who often go deep have the best chance (like Phil!). Maybe somebody like JL Lewis, Pat Perez, Kenny Perry ... guys who aren't scared to score low and have the agressive streak that gets them going??
I wouldn't put money on a winner, that's for sure.
