I have large kitchen with high ceilings and have a tall mirror against one wall, also a line of masking tape on the floor. I use the line to set up my feet, hips and shoulders and then can see where I am at the top as I used to lay it a little flat. This has helped me a lot, I leave a wedge in there and can't help but have a few swings each time I pass through my kitchen.
