Hi

I was watching the ladies golf on TV last weekend and noticed that players kept their left arm (right handed golfers) almost completely straight when they reach the top of their swing.

When I swing I find my left arm will always bend slightly at the elbow. I am quite happy with the way my swing works for me but was wondering if I should be trying to work on keeping my leading arm straight and if so what benefits should I see if I do so?
