These hybrids are designed for a high handicaper who has dificulty getting the ball high with distance from trouble lies, or even the fairway. They have a low center of gravity helping the ball up quickly, where a pro who has no problem hitting down on the ball steeply getting the ball up will hit the hybrids way too high.
