I completely disagree. Limiting your hip turn builds more coil. This resistance that is built up during the coil is where all your power in your swing comes from and provides a more explosive move on the downswing. If you make a bigger hip turn you will still create coil, but just limited compared to a limited hip turn. Where there is less resistance built is where brute strength is required to get any kind of distance.
