Just another take on this topic, why do we call them hybrids? Theyre just smaller headed woods that we were all told were on the way out a few years ago, calling them by a new name just means people will get suckered into buying them instead of throwing a shorter $30 replacement shaft on to their old titleist 975F and Taylor Made burner fairways (the old plain steel ones with the dimples on them).....oh wait I get it now......how silly of me....

p.s. I think hybrids are great by the way, I dont have one but they have changed the game for a lot of players.
