| Re: Glasses + Golf = Bad game?? Contacts are not the same because they are on your eyeballs. The problem with glasses is that when you are over the ball aligning to a target, you tend to look at the target, back to your ball, to your target, back to your clubface. Shifting your eyes back and forth you are then looking out of the corner of your eyes (not through the glasses) and then in front of you (through the glasses) and back and forth. You are now looking through two different planes.
In short, with contacts you are always looking throgh the lense, which tends not to happen with glasses.
