Hi Bobby,

With and out to in (over the top) swing path which you had before you will always hit the ball higher as you are slicing across the ball ineffect opening the club face, similar to a bunker shot.

Now with your more neutral swing path or even in to out you are now closing the face through impact and not opening it as before, producing a lower ball flight.

I suspect what you are hitting now is a more normal ball flight, if you think it is to low then first look at the shaft, it may be to stiff causing a lower flight.

As you say you are now fading a few then I think that everything is fine and you just need time to ajust with the your new swing.

Good luck

Ian.
