Questions on Tommy Mizuno video

I love the speed of how Tommy builds a rescue club on the Mizuno website and how he makes it look so simple.

I've got a couple of questions and I'm hoping that someone can help me: When Andy (Tour Van Director) is building a wedge, he dips the tip of the shaft into a pot of liquid prior to putting the ferrule on. Is this an adhesive or simply acetone or something to aid the ferrule onto the shaft?

Both Andy and Tommy put, what looks like, steel thread or wire into the hosel before putting the shaft in. Can someone confirm what this is and what it is for. My guess it is used to help keep the head from moving during curing and when they need to keep working on club whilst it is curing.

Lastly, Tommy looks to be using some portable heater to speed up the curing process. I'm assuming they are using a fast-curing epoxy to meet the demands of the tour players. Again, can someone confirm that all this device is is a heater for fast-curing epoxies? I use Golfsmiths 30/60 and let it cure for 24 hours before hitting the club. The packet says it has a 25-30 minuute "setting time" and cures in 60 mins. Does that actually mean that it should be fully cured and playable in 60 mins from dispensing the epoxy, or 60 mins on after the club has been assembled and left to set? And how much would a heater reduce these curing times by?

Thanks
