How do i fill in card when applying for a handicap?

In the club I have just joined I need to hand in 5 cards, they need to be filled in just like a comp card and be signed by a member who has held his handicap at that club for 6 months or more. (he has to play with you and mark your score card).

At our club you have to enter three competitions off the back tees and you three gross score make your h/capp.

It varies from club to club. It's best to ask the head pro what the procedure is. I know at my club they are very pedantic about how the card is completed so make sure you know the requirements in detail.

Hey all. At my golf clubs its 3 cards for hanicap. Marked and signed by another member. This being the member to marks your car during your round of golf.
