Fried Egg in the bunkker

I have a great tip for the dreaded plugged greenside bunker shot. Greg Norman advocates that you lower your hands so that the toe of the club is pointing up in the air and you are addressing the ball with the heel of the club. Your aim is to stab into the back of the ball with a limited follow through and use the heel of the club to dig the ball out. The backswing is an early wrist cock and thus a very steep swing.

This is an advanced technique but with practice i no longer fear the plugged bunker shot.
