This is the grip I am currently using, although I push the ball and have trouble squaring the clubface it is most comfortable. How can I strengthen my grip to allow for proper right wrist turnover. I have tried to strngthen grip although awkward.

You need to start by getting your left hand in the correct position. The positioning of this hand is crucial for a good golf grip.

The club shaft runs from the middle joint of the left index finger diagonally across the palm of the hand and is supported by the heel pad being in position on the top of the grip. The Left Hand thumb is then placed down just right of center on the Grip. You should be able to see approx 2 1/2 knuckles of the left hand while looking down from the address position.

Hope this helps

I have another aspect to ask. I have slightly stronger grip with at least 2 knuckles showing but to maintain this I have to tighten the grip somewhat. This gives rise to tension to my left hand and I always feel the pain to my left upper arm after the game and have to massage it. Any advice?
