Comlicated, but seems to make sense. It's a common error for golfers to read the break from the ball to the cup, it should actually be done the other way around.

Great idea, if you like that sort of thing. But my main worry would be confusion and the headache that will follow after about 9 holes.
Try the simple method of reading a putt from the hole back to the ball, the last 2 feet around the cup is all you need to see to understand what you have to do to get it there. 1, Pace of putt 2, Line of putt 3, Quality Putt = Close putt or if your lucky you hole it.... keep it simple. Practice as much as you can on feel/pace/direction of putt's even with your eyes closed will I think help many golfers enjoy the putt.. not fear it....
