First, try slowing your backswing down - the backswing is meant to be a smooth, controlled motion with the purpose of the getting the club in to the correct position at the top. Adding speed in your backswing doesn't help anything and if you rush your backswing you are not getting to one of the most important parts of the swing.
Second, you are not making a full shoulder turn and this can lead to improper weight distribution. The full shoulder turn creates more torque which will add a lot of distance to your shots.
Third, when you are in the downswing, too much of your weight is on your heels, causing your left foot to turn. The weight should be evenly distributed on your feet from heel to toe. Try swinging bare foot for a few shots - you will really notice weight distribution with no shoes and socks.
It also looks like you left foot is dropped back slightly. If your feet are not parallel to the target line you will have problems - biggest problem will be slicing the ball.
One other thing - it looks like you are hitting some type of wedge. For a wedge, your ball position should be farther back in your stance (about the middle of your stance) which will help you strike down on the ball (which irons are designed to do).

Here is why you are spinning out your left foot: Your first move from the top to the downswing is done with your body moving forward towards the target. It is only a little, but that is enough. This is why you like to have the ball forward, because this is now the center of your swing. Just moving the ball position will not fix this...if you continue to do the same thing with your weight shift, all you will do is hit shots lower and thinner. Once you have your weight too far forwrd, the position of your left foot is not enough to hold all your weight so it rolls to the outside.
So the solution to this is to work on proper transition from top to downswing. This is actually going to be easy for you, because everything else looks ok. You won't be fighting too many things at once.

I've been fighting for years to discover what was causing that. It's a little but that was enough. What do you think of my rythm? I think it's too fast, as Gord told me, I'm working on it .

Rythm looks quick in the transition. You really do not get fully rotated at the top. It looks like the arms / shoulders are too tense and that might be stifling your range. Relax...this create longer and smoother swings. This will help you rotate further back, which will help in the transition tempo to not be rushed. Take a breath in slowly and fully exhale prior to the start of the swing. The swing only takes 2 seconds...your won't pass out

What everyone who has commented on this swing is correct, but I have just watched it frame by frame and the only thing I can see what no-one has mentioned is the release is a bit early. Yes you do go over on your left a little but I think this is a great swing, I have seen single figure h/cappers with worse swings than this.
Not a lot for you to work on then...

All of you, guys, say it's going to be easy for me to work on those few things but when you've been doing wrong for such a long time, swing by swing, it's not so easy to get rid of those two or three things every time you swing club.
My question is if you know some good trainning aids that suits me, per example for not to early release the club, etc...

A very simple tip for balancing the swing up is to swing without a ball every day for a couple of weeks and just concentrate on a photo finish, sounds daft but it works, "every time you hit a shot pose for a photo".
To help the early release there are two tips.
One is to slip your right hand down to the metal on the shaft and swing normally without a ball, your right hand should prevent you from releasing early, this is for a feeling type of player.
Two is a physical method take the club to the top and shift the hips first you will naturally leave the hands behind a little at first but they will catch up.
