Looks good maybe a little quick, try this thought when hitting balls to smooth it out count to 3 by thinking 1 when the club is parralel to the ground after takeaway 2 at the top and 3 as you release down or use a 3 part word such as eh-del-vice, halfway-top-release to ball. Also start your take away with the left shoulder not the hands.

Set up is good, but needs a little work. You are bending a bit with your back causing your shoulders to be a bit hunched. Keep you back straight and bend at the hips.
Your take away is started with your hands, then your move your arms and then your shoulders. To get a nice smooth take away, start with your shoulders and work your wrists and arms in once your club gets to parallel.
Your swing path seems to be outside-in for both your backswing and downswing. Try to keep your clubhead inside the target line except when at the ball.
As for tempo, your tempo is fine.

"It's easy to see golf not as a game at all but as some whey-faced, nineteenth-century Presbyterian minister's fever dream of exorcism achieved through ritual and self-mortification." ~Bruce McCall
