in this video I can tell right of way that you are scooping at the ball. It took me awhile to grasp this concept but when Hitting a golf ball you want to hit down on the ball. Down and through. Feel is if your are pinching the ball between the ground and the club face. I was amazed at how much further the ball flew after I was able to achieve hitting down on it.Good luck to ya!

one more thing you are releasing the club or should i say your wrist cock way to early causing you to hit weak shots Im assuming. Hold the wrist cock as long as possible your hands should be slightly in front of the ball at impact.
