See how at impact you are raising your head up? This is because you are stopping the rotation of the hips and have to lift the left shoulder up and out of the way. You want the shoulders to rotate through just the like hips will when you keep the right leg flexed (see the down the line view)

Hey Jon!
It may help if you slow you backswing down a bit. Having a fast backswing serves no purpose at all - actually causes problems. Also, work on your swing in slow motion, making sure you are in correct positions at various check points. If you can't get your hips to start while hitting balls, stop hitting balls and train the muscles at a pace where you can control their movements. After a few weeks of repeating the correct movements at a slow motion pace, you will see that your muscles have learned to fire in the correct order.
