You have a lot of good things in you swing overall. I would work really hard on not moving so much to the right in the backswing if you look at the space between the shelves and your hip from address to the top you'll see way to much lateral movement. I could show you video of 100 PGA Tour players and none of them move off the ball like that perfect candidate for the S&T...
