you have a great swing, when things go off first look at grip, stance alignment. hard to tell from the video, but it appears your left hand grip is too strong and your right hand grip is not enough in the fingers. stance appears ok, alignment - maybe slighty open with the shoulders but hard to tell without a ball.

stance looks a bit wide for an iron. this can affect weight transfer.

Hi JB,
Your swing is great - it's smooth - fluent. And looking at where your clubhead hits the ground, that's perfect, too. Next comments are just my opinion. (I am not a pro!)

You start your backswing by moving your head slightly back wards. Next you use your arms and then your hips follow. (A pit like Stenson - the swede). With Stenson it was a result of learning not to start the backswing with moving arms back wards - but more from hips. This is just something that you can be aware of.

Next thing that I also am working at, is wrists. With 7I you could use a little more wrists and keep a cup (club - wrist angle) a little longer?

About a swing: most important is that it works for you. If you can move the ball where you want it to be, don't fix it.

You sway you head back alot! Your knees are pinched in wards at set up gettign each knee over each foot will help with stability and feel more solid. Other than that it looks ok!
