My biggest problem with my irons lately is hitting shots both fat and thin on grass. This may be because I have hit off mats all winter and gotten a little sloppy from the forgiveness of the mats. I can tell from my face-on 7I video that I release a little early still.
With my driver I am looking for power leaks. My typical carry is around 250, but I feel like I should be able to do better. I'm also looking for drills to do for more swing speed. I don't want to have to swing out of my shoes to get 260 carry.
Thanks for comments!

Hi MattinIL,
Looks great.
One possibility might be a weight shift just a little too much on your right leg? Just when you end your back swing and start "transition", looks like your weight continuous to a notch to right. Maybe you feel it in the middle or your foot? Might be more powerful, if it was only in the left edge of your right foot?
I have stiffness in shoulder rotation. I think you could rotate shoulders a little more too - specially as you are looking for more power.
I hope this helps - just something to consider and if I am totally wrong:-) You know to look from a solution to your problem from somewhere else.
Hannu - not a pro

Howdy, I think that you bring it inside way to much on the backswing. Put a club down between you and the ball and work on bringing it back straighter that way your take away will be more one piece and your swing will be wider thus creating more distance. Right now it looks like you are stuck on your backswing. The only other thing is that it looks like you might hang on your right side a tad I would work on clearing your left hip more thus creating a better weight shift. Read this article its great.
