Ian, Nice swing
check out the frame just after impact. you can see that your left wrist has broken down. It seems that your fighting the release of the left wrist at this point, but finally allowing it to release on the following frame.

You have a swing similar to mine. It looks to me like you're releasing the club too early(casting) on your downswing. I do the same thing and find myself hitting alot of hooks and also my irons go way too high and it costs me distance.

in the frame before contact, your shoulders and hips are square to the target line. Your hips should be turned towards the target. Your hips should be pulling your upper body through the impact zone.
In the frame after contact your hands are ahead of your body. Also, you have flipped your wrists instead of turning them over.
Everything else looks really good from this angle.

It's hard for me to tell from that angle and without frame-by-frame whether you are casting your arms, but your wrists definitely release early. It looks like you have managed to slow down the release and through timing and coordination kept the wrists from being fully released at impact and thereby making good contact.
I'd bet that you're missing out on some of your power if you had a later, faster release.
