Hi There,

I have looked at both clips and your swing looks ok, there is one very noticable thing that with a little bit of effort will give your more consistancy and power.

Notice the path your hands take through the backswing, they stay very close to your body, try to keep them as far away from you as you can to create the width needed for a powerful swing.

thanks for the tip Ian. that makes a lot of sense as my left elbow seems to bend a bit. can one get more reach from the shoulder area too?

i noticed my hips seems to sway a bit here with the 3-wood. is that of any concern?

i hope to get the camera out to the range soon. that might be more helpful...
