Hi,
Had alook at your swing in slo-mo. Overall in petty good shape, you've good width going back but you lose some width with your left arm folding at the top -I think you need to turn your shoulders more to allow you to keep the left arm straighter and avoid lifting the club with your hands. If you dont get a full shoulder turn you will find it hard to keep the club on plane and get a pull/slice problem i.e. out to in swing path. Your impact position and follow through looks fine, legs in good position too, though your head is up pretty quick. I'd work on shoulder/back mobility and stretching to allow you a full shoulder turn, keep the chin up helps and not too wide a stance.
Swinging a weighted club will help with the shoulder turn, if not you'll find good stretching exercises online, good luck

ONE THING THAT IS DEFINITE IN YOU GOLF SWING IS THAT YOU HAVE A NOTICEABLE REVERSE PIVOT AND HAVING GOOD BODY MOTION IS CRUTIAL TO GOOD GOLF--HERES A DRILL TO HELP YOU ILLUSTRATE WHAT A CORRECT PIVOT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE----WITHOUT A CLUB GET IN YOUR GOLF POSTURE BENT OVER SLIGHTLY WITH YOUR RIGHT SHOULDER SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN YOUR LEFT---BASICALLY JUST YOUR NORMAL POSTURE---NOW PLACE A CLUB ALONG THE INSIDE OF YOUR RIGHT FOOT---NOW AFTER THAT GRAB ANOTHER CLUB AND PLACE IT ACROSS YOUR SHOULDERS-----OK LETS RECAP-----YOU SHOULD HAVE A CLUB ACROSS YOUR SHOULDER--JUST USE YOUR HANDS TO HOLD IT THERE---AND YOU HAVE A CLUB RUNNING PARALLEL TO YOUR RIGHT FOOT---ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR FOOT----NOW TURN YOUR SHOULDER UNTIL THE CLUB THAT IS ON YOUR SHOULDERS IS JUST ABOUT OVER THE CLUB ON THE GROUNG BY YOUR RIGHT FOOT------THIS IS A SIMPLE WAY TO ISOLATE YOUR PIVOT---IT IS PURELY A BODY DRILL------LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELPS---MAYBE I COULD EXPLAIN IT BETTER----
