very short backswing and follow through. try and work on getting full shoulder turn - by starting backswing with your shoulders. You also look quite tense. make sure you have light grip pressure.
Tip would be breathe out just before you start your backswing. during your swing you will then breathe in. this stops you from holding your breath while swinging.
Also try and rap the club round your neck when you finish. picture pose hold for a photograph etc. look at the pros.
good luck

My thoughts on your swing.
You obviously have good eye to ball co-ordination and possess the potential to hit the ball a long way.
A couple of opportunities to work on.
Your legs look stiff and knees could be flexed a little more. Combine this with letting your hands & arms hang down more. A good guide is being able to pass one hands width between yur left thigh and the end of the club grip. Anything greater suggests that you are stretching to place the clubhead behind the ball at address.
Both these small changes will help with posture which leads to a better and more full turn on your backswing and completeing your forward swing which can all be accomplished with the better balance that these changes will provide. Swing tempo is a personal thing. Only ever swing the club as fast as you can physically swing the club. Our brians can work far faster than our muscles and bones can actually implement the movement. When making these small changes try slow motion swings to begin with without a ball to age the process. Let me know how you get on.

The first thing I would recommend is a little knee flex, and move closer to the ball so your arms hang more straight down from your shoulders there's to much room between your hands and your body. Posture over all looks good start with adjustments in your set up... Next I would start making baseball swings holding the club waist high swing towards the target faster so the momentum of the swing caries you around to your finish solidly with a straight left leg... on the toe of your right foot and try to hold your finish to the count of five in perfect balance
