You need to video your swing hitting a ball, not a practice swing. Things can easily change from those 2 swings.

Hizer,
One or two points -
I'd say there's too much of a sway -side to side and up and down from loose legs- you need to quieten down the leg motion significantly -really get anchored with the legs and turn the shoulders against the solid legs for power -watch Stuart Appelby for a good example! Your shoulder turn needs to get further round -try lifting your chin so you can get the left shoulder under your chin on the backswing. The shoulders should control the arms so when shoulder turn is complete don't take the arms any further round i.e. dont lift the arms. Try to stand more upright and make the swing a bit steeper -it's looking too flat.
I'm no Leadbetter but enjoy analysing swings. Best advice is get a lesson or 2 from a club pro,
Keep at it,
Stu from Scotland.
