you got so much sway because ur bal is way to far forward in ur stance. so to get back to the ball after shifting ur weight onto the right side in the backswing you have to slide and all sorts.

yeah, that view (with the camera slightly behind me) is a little deceiving...actually I play the ball off my left instep, maybe as far forward as the middle of my left foot when I tee it up real high and really need to smash one. Not sure way I sway right from the get-go, like a preshot jumpstart or something. Have worked on it a bit recently, but honestly I have been hitting the ball pretty well lately, even with the sway, so didn't see much effect from the change. It's the flat nature of my swing that I am really trying to address now...that may take more work!

It looks like your grip is very strong and as a result you slide through the shot in order to prevent the hook. I would imagine you hit it a long way but are prone to the odd hook and also a block when your timing is slightly out when slide into it a bit too much?

I like your swing and your tempo. From takeaway to impact, your swing duration is well under one second. That's typical of most tour players & some scratch golfers. The rest of us seem to swing much slower.
