You need to work on your posture at address. Such as, you need to have your hands closer to your body, your butt sticking out more, and fix your knee flex. Your knee flex should be fixed when you move your hands alot closer to your body. It will also fix your weight distribution at address also; your little on your toes. Also, swing more around your body, not straight back.

What progolfer2953 said. Posture and setup. Your problem with straightening up could be a balance problem which could be helped by developing a really good setup which includes good posture. Slow things down a bit too.
