This was a good straight shot but I can't solve my many swing faults.
I lift up.
I'm too upright.
I'm outside the plane on the downswing.
I've tried all kinds of postures and swings and nothing seems to stop me lifting up.

I understand your problem, I use to have the same problem, as you said you feel as if it is a posture problem and that your lifting up on ur backswing. The reason is, your swinging only the club, your get the proper swing around your spine angle..you want to feel as if your head stays relatively still and your swinging the club around your body. A drill to help you understand this and stay down on the ball is.....stand up in your normal athletic golf position, now take your hands and place them on opposite shoulder(left hand on right shoulder...u know)....you can do this with a cub as well...lay it across your shoulders...Now all you do is stand in front of the mirror and swing around your shoulders...get a nice full shoulder turn...without losing your posture...this will ingrain the idea of staying down....Just so you know...the proper athletic position...your feet should be shoulder width apart and you should be bent over....Not so much that your falling back, or too upright, a position where someone could not knock you over....follow this drill/ posture work...and progress in front of a mirror using a club...really work hard...correct posture takes time and effort..
Good Luck and watch your scores drop.

I should also mention that during the posture your arms should be hanging down...correct posture will solve this...
