mrbeauchesne Member Registered: July 2006 Posts: 17	Hey, I'm a 8 handicap, I've taught myself all the way up to this point, read hundreds of articles, but I'm stuck with my iron play, I tend to hit this cut shot, not a slice, it starts left and keeps going(Left golfer), now this cut shot is not massive, its mabye a 20 yard max off line..I really want to take my game to the next level and hit controlled shots.....Now Ive seen that I have no over the top action, the only possibility is that im leaving the clubface open. Now lesson wise, never had one and can't afford it, I'm currently saving for one but this is my lesson here, comments would greatly be appreciated.... Thank You to everyone

Ain't no pro either, but this is what I saw:

wrists are a little slow "rolling over" at and just after impact position - IMO - this is likely what is causing your "cut shot"
