Your little slip at the end with your front foot is because you need spikes added to your Birkenstocks!
The right arm is still folded into impact...so you are not getting a full extension into impact. That will rob a bit of power.
Extending this now, you will need to rotate more through prior to impact. But this will happen naturally.
The head movement forward at the top is probably solved by 2 things:
Get spikes - You are probably needing to slide to maintain the balance, where if you had grip in the back foot, you would be able to push off more without falling down
Maintain your spine angle - This will keep you behind the ball a bit more while still allowing you to swing around a better axis tilt, rather then having you standing up into impact, and that stand-up move puts your whole upper body too far forward (it's not a lot, just a little).
Just based on those 2 swings, you have a really good swing base.

Many thanks for the input! Believe it or not, I do wear spikes, but only when I play! I was just stealing a few minutes to do my Francis Ford Coppola meets Tiger Woods imitation. I'm with you on the spine angle - it seems like I'm moving out of place and the head goes along for the ride. I'm going to try to brace my right knee much more consciously today to see how that works. The right is bent and the left arm seems bent too - you suggest that rotating earlier and more. Is this an active effort or a result of having improved elsewhere? Thanks for your comments! - Dan

Not sure what you are asking here...

Let me clarify my question - in your earlier comment you suggested that I should rotate more prior to impact but that it would happen naturally. My question is this. Do you think my rotation will improve if I change nothing, or will my rotation through impact improve as a result of doing something else, like improving my spine angle? Hope this clarifies and thanks again for your good input!

I understand...yes, you will rotate more naturally when you extend your right arm into impact. Maintaining the spine angle helps keep the shoulder tilt on a better plane to allow the rotation to be a bit more free.
