Re: Golf Clothes

The 2 tone balls were awesome.

Well, these are neon yellow - they look similar to the dunlop loco balls that are yellow - except they're brighter. The other interesting thing about them is that they've got a big ID number on them with a circle - much like a billiards ball.

They've got 2 models - the regular ball in UV and one painted Arctic White (it actually has a bit of a glitter effect going on), and they have their X2 ball (claim to play comparable to the ProV1x - the first 'plays like' ball I've ever seen LOL). In 08 they're coming out with the X2 with a UV thing like their current ball. If it's as good as they say, I'll probably play it exclusively. It's absolutely brilliant (pun intended) on overcast days.

A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.

I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.

For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.

Re: Golf Clothes

hi Brian
i did have a lot of English mates when in the army back in the 70s but have lost touch, i do like to see england get beat at football and rugby but that more down to the media going overboard and in most other sports i have shouted for them to win, back when Liverpool were the best in the world and man utd when in Europe even Leeds back in the 70s.
Lee Westwood is one of my favorite players and in the commonwealth games if not running against a Scot i will support an English man or woman before anyone else unless there welsh or Irish.
us Scots don't get much to cheer about but when we do were loud but fair.

cheers
bill

As Robin Williams once said "Golf is just an excuse for white guys to dress like pimps".

That's quite likely as I think she was selling dodgy gear on the GolfLass site.
