Agree, totally, and to expand on that, you will have many more lies that a 5W or especially a hybrid can handle, so given the choice, people are choosing the club they will use more often when filling their bag. At least I am.

hi kbp
yes that true i find that a lot of player are left with a shot that requiers say a 3 wood or a 5 wood but the lie is below you or above you and not lying the good and still we take the wood out the bag when a lay up is the shot, playing the persentages it what it about, if you have a shot you only hit 1 in 5 then try someting else in you bag. its often the long second shot that costs us in a round and sometimes costs us more than one shot.
