| Re: Great Swing Sequence Photos I could watch that swing for hours Brian, I watched it using pause, I was most interested in the position of his right shoulder and elbow coming into the downswing. That's an area where I have a swing flaw ( although working hard on it ) his position was wonderful, his right elbow was well tucked in, excellent post, thanks. |

The backswing need not go too far beyond where the hands are at shoulder height. Bear in mind we have an extra couple of feet of shaft on top of where our hands are to get all the potential energy we need in the swing. For me the best frame is the impact position. It screams of effortless power. His moves in the downswing are all in the right order. Very Mac O'Grady. Wonderfully fluid. And what a picture-perfect finish position. None of this silly modern phenomenon of wrapping the club round your neck.
