| WGC: JB Holmes and the Tortoise Long standing forum members and regular readers of my musings will know of my occassional playing partner "The Tortoise". If you are watching the JB v Tiger match up you'll see the effect that Holmes' er "routine" (and 2+ hours for 9 holes match play!) is having (but I still know where my money is) on Woods. OK two things: 1. J B is rapid and restrained compared with "The Tortoise" 2. I don't have the ability or mental strength of Tiger (surprise, surprise  )No wonder he does my head and game in. If I sometimes lose it on the subject of slow play then perhaps watching this pairing you can understand why.
