Software for Tee Time Online

Fellow Golfers ! Need your Input.

A bunch of Guys in Connecticut want to come up with a software to be used by Golf Courses to allow for online booking of Tee Time. I know there are number of them out there but we want to build a less expensive but robust pacakage. Do you think it has a market ? Pls reply back with your thoughts.
