| Tracking my shots Recently, I made up a chart where the columns are the numbers 1 through 9 and the rows say drive, approach, pitch, chip and putt. Then I use the chart when I play to record whether each shot is good or bad. Afterwards, I will look at the chart to see which type of shot has the highest percentage of bad shots. Obviously, I need to practice all aspects of my game on a regular basis. But, do you think this is a good way of determining which part of my game needs the most help? |

| Re: Tracking my shots Your system will give you specific info on where your game could use improvement. The next issue is to know how to practice correctly to improve in those specific areas. All this without letting the rest of your "better" game deteriorate due to poor, or no practice in those areas. Your are on the right track. GJS Here is some info that might help with your short game: http://www.ritson-sole.com/golf-tips...-game-handicap Last edited by GolfJunkieSr; 06-27-2008 at 06:49 PM. |
