cant knock the tee off of the ground

i notice just about every tee ball my tee is unscathed. It could be high or low it doesent matter. I dont break tees or knock em out of theground. Essentially i am picking the ball off the tee.....i tried moving the tee higher and i still only got the ball. Any ideason how i can get under the ball more?

forget about the tee whats the shot like, it it controlled, it it long, is it where you want it to go?????
even the pros don't always knock the tee out the ground and some pros have had the same tee for years, there lucky tee.
