| Curious Putter / Putting Stroke Hi I was just leaving the range yesterday and noticed a chap on the putting green area. He was FACING the hole, right foot pointed at the hole, left foot just in front (I think) and the ball just outside his right toes. He was using what looked like a broom handle putter. His stroke ran back to beyond his heel, then he pushed the putter head forward, so the stroke was to swing from his side. Anyone else seen or heard of this type of putter or stroke? Is it legal? Unfortunatley I didnt have time to give him a grilling about it, but I will if I see him again. |
