| I know what your thinking "he's mad" You may be right, I have been looking for some new irons for several weeks now, I play Taylormade Firesoles which are like blades. I have tried every club on the market that is aimed at the mid to low handycapper. Low and behold someone shoved a Callaway X16 Pro Series in my hands with a S300 Gold shaft, the results were amazing. They are ugly and look massive compared with my Taylormades but I can bend one in any direction and feedback is great, they are really easy to hit especially the long irons. Who cares what they look like it's performance I want!!!!!! I have ordered 3-5, 1 degree flat and 6-9, 2 degrees flat along with three wedges. The PW and SW looked abit to big for me, who knows you may think different. Can't wait See you soon Ian. Last edited by Ian Hancock; 03-02-2004 at 01:16 PM. |
