Huxley Golf Greens

www.huxleygolf.co.uk

I have just had one fitted and it is excellent.

I had a large putting green 24 X 16 with a chipping area 8 X 8 with one inch turf and a 8 X 8 with two inch turf.

I also had the front garden 12 X 12 left slopping so I can put around the clock with curving putts both ways.

The long green is great for long puts upto 20 or so feet and I can now practice chipping from two different types of turf from just short of forty feet.

The best thing is I have smashed my mower up because its all totally artificial, but very realistic.

To much to explain about the way it works with fine sand and rolling for different speeds so visit the website and get one.

I do hope someone from Huxley sees this sales thread and sends me some money back because it cost £4.000 but its now brings great pleasure to me and my son.

NO MORE GARDENING JUST GOLF.

Ian.

Fantastic,

How easy is it to keep clean? I'm sure you'll get your money back in enjoyment. I think I'll put one on the Christmas list

Is this like your one?

Re: Huxley Golf Greens

Hi Greg,

Other than an odd bird dropping to brush off it very clean, however I do have a neighbough who has a large tree so I have purchased a blower for the leaves. At least I can put all winter on fast greens.
I have attached a couple of pictures, mine has the sleepers around as the first picture, but the lay out is the same as the second.

Get one you know it makes sense.

Ian.

Re: Huxley Golf Greens

Hi Guys and Girls,

I know this is an old post, but I have been encouraged to get of my butt and take a few pictures of my house, or my greens to be exact.

So here they are, all the info is on the first thread.

Re: Huxley Golf Greens

Very funny,

It's easy............Her advantage

* Always looks tidy even in winter
* Its better colour green than normal grass
* I can take her out instead of having to mow the lawns
* No gardening for her
* I'm free to wash her car
* She always knows where to find me when I am not at the golf club

Come on use some common sense here.

Ian.
