Mulligan Al has had a few negative comments about his posts
Shaft labels, I recall ordering a set online where you just
input your name, address and phone number (and credit card info for payment) and you receive a set in the mail.

Does anyone know where this site is located?

Try www.golfsmith.com Al, they sell shaft labels but you need an account. If you are in the UK try www.xsgolf.com they are suppliers of that kind of stuff.

Yep, I know (sort of) ...

At the back of the US Golf Digest ... in the small ads is a company that does them. I don't have a mag with me now or else I'd look for you but that's where to find them.
