Anyone here used either of these????

The Kallassy's swing magic, split grip training aide? I have one but dont have the video for it, so im not sure the proper way to use it.

Also, was wondering if anyone has saw the AJ's Truth about Golf series, and if so, was it worth buying?

Thanks

Re: Anyone here used either of these????

I have never used anything to help me with my swing. But I do use a mirror to make sure my club is in the correct positions at certain times in my backswing.

I've also started using a mirror more often and it's amazing how much it tell me about my backswing and follow through.

Instead of buying gadgets, spend the money on a lesson. As for what the other guys said, besides a video camera, a mirror os the best aid you can find. It helps you see your mistakes.

I purchased the AJ CDs and to tell you the truth I don't have the damnest idea what he was talking about. It seems that he takes 3 CDs to tell you to hit the equator of the ball. There! I've saved you the cost of the CDs.

Re: Anyone here used either of these????

There was another lesson in the AJ videos that alot of people seem to miss. The idea of how a golf club works is a mystery to alot of people, you can tell this from the 100's of people who grip it hard and swing harder only to hit 3 inches behind the ball repeatedly. As far as buying the videos, I am not sure they are worth the price unless you are truly clueless as to the golf game.

Never tried the swing aid, so no comment there.
