Golf books!! what one would you buy?

I have read many like any player that has tried to make sense of this great game.

From Harvey Penick to Jack Nicklaus.

But this book is my favorite and stays in the bag at all times.

Putting Out of Your Mind

Author Dr. Bob Rotella with an introduction by Brad faxon

Whats your favorite book?

My recommendation:

"A Golfers mind, Play to play great" By Bob Rotella.

Adi

As a young golfer (well, new golfer), I highly recommend My Short Game Bible by Dave Pelz.

We may not all be able to hit a long ball, but if you can pitch, chip and putt well, you can score low (well, low for you!)

I have read a few but the most inspiring book I have ever read to help my game is:

The Inner Game of Golf 1986 version with the green cover by Timothy Gallwey.

It contains absolutly no golf tuition at all it simply give your mind other things to think about, leaving you body to hit golf balls.

A truly great read.

Ian.

I just pulled out my 'Dave Pelz's Short Game Bible' book today. I'm going to really give it some time this year, perhaps it will help.

I just came from the book store and they had Tiger's book on the sale table for $6.99 then there was an additional 50% off so I got it for like $3.50 + tax; man what a steal. I had it in my hands when I was at Golfsmith earlier in the day and they wanted about $20.00; this was my steal deal of the month.
