Angry bad weather
I can't believe this!! Two weeks ago we had a couple driving ranges open and it looked like Spring had arrived. Well, in the last week, we have had about 12" of snow fall and we are in for another 4 inches of snow today!!! Everyone was getting geared up for Spring golf and now you can hardy drive a vehicle on the streets, nevermind a golf ball on the range. The golfing Gods are frowning down on Northern Alberta right now.....

I gotta say, Gord, that's worse than my situation - the grass hasn't even poked through the snow yet.

But to see the grass, and feel the (warmer) wind, then to have it taken away....

Haha! well it was shirt and short weather hear on all last week and just a shirt and trousers this week looks like spring has come eraly here!

"She who must be obeyed" has decided that every room downstairs needs decorating. So much for my weeks holiday slobbing out and playing golf.

Well I was happy enough when I walked down the isle, little did I know!!

You guys certainly have interesting weather. It makes my golf sound pretty boring. I just have to play in shorts every week of the year. D

We had another 4 inches of snow last night. NOT A HAPPY GOLFER!!!!! Looking at the long term weather forecast, the snow should all be melted by the first weekend in April. Over 12 inches of snow melting in a week will sure create a lot of water in the low lying areas!!!!

Too true, I live in Somerset, which should usually be sued for false advertising, 10/18 of my cricket matches were called off last year for bad wather
