| Shaft Length I was looking to buy a new set of Mizuno MX23 irons, found a set at a very good price $300.00 3-PW they are standard specs. The irons I have now are 1/2" longer. Just wandering if the change in length will effect my swing. I am 6'3" |

| Re: Shaft Length Go for it TXSBEST the extra length wont make a lot of difference to the way they play. A little extra length to the shaft will add a little distance per club and cost you a little accuracy but overall you wont notice a lot of difference. The mizunos are pretty forgiving anyway so they should compensate. You didnt mention if the shafts were graphite or steel. I assume steel because of the price. D. |

| Re: Shaft Length You'll either flex your knees a little more, or bend over a little more. And I do mean little. Your swing will get a touch steeper due to the shorter shafts, and the toe of your club may get a little flatter. All small things, really. You might expect your shots to go a little more right than usual. Again, I mean little - like 5 or 6 feet, tops. Who knows, you may find that your accuracy goes way up (as promoted by the steeper swing). I know that even at 6' tall, I prefer my clubs cut down 1/2" or more. I feel as though I have much more control at that point.
