| Re: picking the right golf instructor? i guess more specifically, should it be someone who participated inthe PGA? Also, would anyone recomend a woman instructor for a man? i was thinking that their styles might be a little different than mens, but im not sure. --BS |

| Re: picking the right golf instructor? Having PGA experience doesn't necessarily make someone a good teacher. Having a female teaching a male shouldn't be a problem either. Every golf swing is different - each golfer has their own style. As long as they can teach the swing to you in a manner in which you understand, you buy into what they teach you 100%, you practice the drills they give you and you keepthe same instructor you should be successful. After 1 or 2 lessons you will knwo whether the instructor you have picked is the right teacher for you. If the connection is NOT there, try someone different.
