Maybe stupid question about PGA Tour Logo...

Does anyone know which (if any) professional golfer was used for making the PGA Tour logo???

Personally, i think that it is great if it is modeled after payne, and i wouldn't have it modeled after anyone else, not to mention is is very cool looking.

Jack Nicklaus is on the logo of the PGA tour. I saw it a few weeks ago on the golf channel. How can you guys not tell, look at the Jack-esque type of finish!

Look closely at the logo and assume that the guy is 6 foot tall.

Then imagine swinging the lower part of his right leg – pivoted at the knee – until it is in line with his left leg.

Even given that he is tilted slightly, his right leg is about 6 inches longer than his left one!

Do you think that you have to be deformed in this way to play professional golf, or does your body get like this after playing the professional circuit?
