| Golf clubs tested I got my clubs tested for my suitabillity yesterday. I found out they were to short for me and i need to go to a stiff flex. My clubs are 3/4 of an inch short than the standard mens length. the grips were also to thin. My wife will hate me when she finds out i am going to spend more money on clubs. I may have to leaqve it for a couple of months. |

| Re: Golf clubs tested Tell her it's justified as you'll be a happier man overall with properly fitted clubs, and likewise lower scores. |

| Re: Golf clubs tested You could get this done cheaply if you tip your current shafts and put extensions in. You can also easliy reshaft your clubs - all of which would be considerably cheaper than buying new ones - UNLESS you are able to use this as an excuse to get new clubs. Then it is definitely worth the wait if the wife can be even a little bit understanding. You can probably recover 1/4 - 1/3 of the price if you sell your old clubs. I can't hide my new equipment from my wife because she is home before me and it all comes via courier. I get into more trouble than actually necessary as many of the shipments are for customers, not even for me!!
