Grip Size

I have been playing a couple of years with Winn Grips that are mid-size. Now it's time to re-grip my clubs and I am wondering if I should use standard size grips. What are some of the symptoms of using grips that may be too large? I ask now because I wonder if this may have something to do with the shape of my shots.
