Has Anybody Tried The New Slazenger Bald Eagle Golf Balls. I Am Think Of Trying Them But Would Like Some Feedback Before I Slash The Cash.........regards.t.p.grealey

I was wondering what they were like too. The concept behind them makes sense but I'm not 100% sure that there is a big difference between htiing flat-on or side-on onto a dimple.

apperently there is a 6 degree diffrerence ( called the dimple effect ) when putting with a dimpled golf ball.

maybe i'm just a sucker for a hard sell ?

Run away run away!!!!!... think about it, would pros be using anything else if these balls delivered???

Its just a gimmick. I can imagine getting pretty stressed having to try and get the ball perfectly aligned on the tee and before a putt, and remember in an average round an 90 shooter only hits 18 tee shots and maybe 40 putts that leaves 32 shots that you cant align the ball before hitting the shot.

Spend the cash on a box of NXT Tours/Srixon AD333 or Callaway Warbirds instead.
